SAP Project Manager (m/f/d)

Job description:

  • Leading complex SAP and ERP projects, including migrations, implementations and integration of acquired companies.

  • Responsible for the transition to SAP S/4HANA – from planning to successful go-live.

  • Managing Europe-wide, cross-site projects within a decentralized organization.

  • International stakeholder management: close collaboration with C-level executives, plant management, business departments, IT specialists and external partners.

  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and according to objectives.

  • Actively contributing to the optimization and harmonization of supply chain and production processes.

  • Driving the development of our IT landscape together with colleagues across Europe.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing international IT/ERP projects, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.

  • Proven experience in S/4HANA migration and solid knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.

  • Strong change management skills: strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to successfully engage different stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset and in-depth understanding of processes in production, logistics and supply chain.

  • Experience with the challenges of data migration.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

  • Excellent language skills in German and English
