SAP Project Manager (m/f/d)

Job description:
Leading complex SAP and ERP projects, including migrations, implementations and integration of acquired companies.
Responsible for the transition to SAP S/4HANA – from planning to successful go-live.
Managing Europe-wide, cross-site projects within a decentralized organization.
International stakeholder management: close collaboration with C-level executives, plant management, business departments, IT specialists and external partners.
Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and according to objectives.
Actively contributing to the optimization and harmonization of supply chain and production processes.
Driving the development of our IT landscape together with colleagues across Europe.
The ideal candidate:
5+ years of experience in managing international IT/ERP projects, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in S/4HANA migration and solid knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.
Strong change management skills: strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to successfully engage different stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and in-depth understanding of processes in production, logistics and supply chain.
Experience with the challenges of data migration.
Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
Excellent language skills in German and English
